Yes! A printed copy of our Product Brochure is included with every full Designer Sample Kit. You can also request one when picking up your order.

We offer convenient pickup at both of our warehouse locations in Union and Springfield, NJ.
Need delivery? We’ve got you covered. We provide local delivery on our own trucks, and for customers outside our immediate area, we ship via FedEx and common carriers—ensuring your products arrive safely and on time.

Shipping & Delivery Methods
In addition to local pickup, we partner with a trusted independent trucking company to offer deliveries within a 150-mile radius.
For orders beyond that range, we can professionally wrap and palletize your shipment for transport anywhere in the U.S. via your preferred carrier.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all freight charges. We’re happy to provide estimated shipping costs upon request.
Remake Policy
We work hard to ensure your order arrives accurate and damage-free. If we make an error, we’ll resolve it within 24 hours (up to 2 days for 5-piece doors).
All remake requests must be submitted through your Allmoxy account using the “Request a Remake” feature.
Requests by phone, text, or email will not be accepted.
When Submitting a Remake:
If the item is part of a kit (e.g., doors with hinges, drawer boxes with slides), clearly specify which component(s) need to be remade.
For pairs of doors, indicate whether one or both doors require remake.
In the “Reason for Remake” section, include a brief explanation.
Attach clear photos of the issue and the item’s label in the “Attachments” section.
Please inform your installation crew to take the required photos on-site to avoid return trips.
